What are contacts?
This is the number for people/leads that have interacted with your chatbot over time. TalkLift helps you to collect leads for future communication through bulk messaging.
What is a bulk messaging instance?
This is when you compose single message and send to multiple contacts at the same time. For an account with a limit 5 instances per month, it means that the business can send 5 different messages to all its contact that particular month.
What are chatbots and how is it counted per account?
Think of chatbot as an instance that automates conversations of a particular business process. A single chatbot instance can have multiple module e.g greetings, KYC collector etc. This modules form building blocks of your chat-bot. For example, an ecommerce bot that helps in order taking for a particular business is considered as a single chatbot.
Who are users?
This are your team members. Each team member added to your account is counted as one user or a support agent. Upon sign up you have one user (i.e you the account owner) by default.
How does your billing work?
At the end of your trial period, we will ask you to upgrade your account as per your preference. We will bill you based on package selected so that you can continue using the service for the next 30 days.
I don't have credit card, can I still use and pay for the service?
Yes. East Africa users can use M-Pesa for payment. Paypal can also be considered as an alternative payment method.
